AAll the homes will be available at different times starting in the middle of 2017 through the middle of 2018. Some of the homes will be pre-sold at the framing stage and some will be sold once the home is complete. Register to receive email updates on availability.
When will the homes be available for sale?
AWe don’t have any models. We are building 7 unique homes.
Can I see a model home?
A Lots 2,3,4 will be sold once the home is complete (move in ready) and we won’t be making any changes. Lots 1,5,6,7 will be pre-sold after the framing is put in. This will allow time for the buyer to pick their finishes but we will not make structural changes.
Can I pick the colors or add an additional bedroom?
AWe price the homes at market when they are available to sell. The overview page shows when each home will be available.

How long has Miller Development company been in business?
AMiller Development Company has partnered with MHG Builder & Consulting, Inc. This is our fifth project as a team. Mark Garcia, owner of MHG Builder & Consulting, Inc., has been in the building industry since 1989. Prior to partnering with Miller Development, Mark managed projects for Northern California Builders including; Surland Development, Greystone Homes, Westco Community Builder, and Warmington Homes

Is there an HOA?
AWe will hold open houses for lots 2, 3, 4 after the homes are complete and before we sell them. Since lots 1, 5, 6, 7 will be pre-sold, they will be available for viewing by appointment only.
How can I see the homes?
AYes, if you’re getting a loan, you’ll have to get prequalifed through our preferred lender. You’ll want to start this process a few weeks before the home becomes available so that you don’t miss your opportunity.
